KEY OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS
Essential to delivering WWF-Laos’ conservation impact, the organization’s operational functions drive success and ensure efficiency across all programmes. Through smart resource management, strong governance and transparent finance, these functions strengthen decision-making and collaboration, while clear communication and advocacy keep efforts aligned.
From finance and human resources to procurement and administration, these functions provide the foundation that enables WWF-Laos to work towards a future where people and nature thrive in harmony

Our Operational Strategy
In line with WWF-Laos’ ambition to remain a leading conservation organization, the next 5-Year Operational Strategy (FY26 – FY30) outlines key priorities to strengthen support functions and enable programmatic impact. Guided by the results of the recent Organizational Development assessment, it focuses on improving efficiency, accountability, and collaboration. These focus areas are critical enablers for achieving our strategic conservation and operational goals, ensuring WWF-Laos remains resilient, adaptive, and aligned with its mission to deliver lasting impact for people and nature.
Stay tuned for the launch of our new strategy between July and August 2025.
